Welcome back — here's how your AI assistant is doing.
Knowledge Base
Channels
Connect your own WhatsApp, Facebook & Instagram so the AI replies from your accounts. While Replyna is in review with Meta, only approved testers can finish connecting.
Recent conversations
Canned replies
Reusable replies your team can insert in the Inbox. Use {{name}} for the customer’s name and {{agent}} for yours.
Product & price images
Upload your price list or product photos (JPEG or PNG, max 5 MB). Your AI assistant sends them automatically when a customer asks to see them — e.g. “what are your prices?”.

Get your AI assistant live in a few minutes. Fill your Knowledge Base first so it can answer accurately, then connect the channels your customers use. You stay in control — pause or disconnect any channel whenever you like.
Before you start — what you'll need
1 Fill your Knowledge Base first
The AI answers from what's here, so do this before going live. The more accurate it is, the better the replies.
- Open Knowledge Base and click Add entry to add FAQs, products, working hours and contact details — in Arabic, English, or both.
- In a hurry? Download the Template, fill it in, then use Import to upload a PDF or Word file and we'll turn it into entries for you to review.
- Add your price list and product photos under “Product & price images” so the AI can send them when a customer asks.
2 Connect WhatsApp
- Go to Channels and click Connect on WhatsApp.
- A secure Facebook window opens. Continue with the Facebook account that manages your business.
- Choose your Business portfolio and WhatsApp Business Account — or create them right there in the same window.
- Select the phone number customers will message and verify it with the code Meta sends by SMS or call. Tip: turn off two-step verification for that number first, otherwise you'll be asked to remove it.
- Finish — we register the number and connect our assistant automatically. The channel switches to Connected showing your business name and number.
3 Connect Messenger & Instagram
Messenger and Instagram both connect through your Facebook Page — one quick flow covers both.
- On Channels, click Connect on Messenger (or Instagram — either button starts the same flow).
- Continue with Facebook and approve the permissions Replyna requests.
- Pick the Facebook Page your customers message. If you manage more than one Page, choose the right one from the list.
- The Instagram account linked to that Page connects automatically — both Messenger and Instagram switch to Connected.

Managing your channels
Troubleshooting
Chat with your AI exactly like a customer would. Nothing here is sent to real customers or counts toward your plan. When you're happy with the replies, mark it ready to unlock your channels.
It will introduce itself to customers by name — “Hi, I’m Sara from your shop 👋”. Give it an Arabic name too, so it sounds natural when it replies in Arabic. Leave both empty and it just won’t use a name.
